Wellness Garden: Activities

This collection of wellness activities developed by the Office of Head Start is a companion resource to Cultivating Wellness: Eight Dimensions of Staff Well-being. It includes hands-on activities for each of the eight dimensions of well-being. Program leaders and staff in a variety of early care and education settings can use these activities to support their own wellness or that of their colleagues, staff, or others.
