This infographic developed by the Office of Head Start describes eight dimensions of staff well-being—including both individual and organizational dimensions—and how they can be nurtured in Head Start program settings. Program leaders and educators in a variety of early care and education settings can use this information, together with the companion resource Wellness Garden: Activities, to consider the ways in which their program currently supports the well-being of early educators and changes that could be made to better support their well-being.
