Coffee Chats fostered community building and allowed attendees to engage with each other and with National Early Care & Education (ECE) Workforce Center staff in discussions about ECE workforce systems and policies. They provided a space for attendees to identify action steps to take in their local or state context based on recommendations from our research-to-practice brief and Change Framework resources. Coffee Chats are designed for ECE system, program, and community leaders.
