Building Supportive Systems for the ECE Workforce: Research on Compensation, Career Pathways, and Working Conditions

We used this environmental scan to inform our research agenda and technical assistance offerings. This publication presents key findings from the research across three of our five key policy areas, paying close attention to the variety of demographic, geographic, and setting-based dimensions of the ECE workforce.
