Coffee Chat foster community building and allow attendees an opportunity to engage with each other and with National ECE Workforce Center staff in a topical discussion related to ECE workforce systems and policies. Coffee Chats provide a space for attendees to identify action steps to take in their local or state context based on recommendations from the National ECE Workforce Center’s research-to-practice brief and change framework resources. They are designed for ECE system, program, and community leaders.
This is a monthly event, and the final Coffee Chat will occur in April 2026.
