Coffee Chat discussions will foster community building and allow attendees an opportunity to engage with each other and with National ECE Workforce Center staff in a topical discussion related to ECE workforce systems and policies. Coffee Chats provide a space for attendees to actively engage and identify action steps to take in their local or state context based on recommendations from the National ECE Workforce Center’s research-to-practice and change framework briefs. They are designed for ECE system, program, and community leaders.
