Capacity Building Self-Assessment Tool

This self-assessment tool developed by the Child Care State Capacity Building Center is a companion tool to Equity: Early Childhood Systems Building Resource Guide. It is designed to help teams, organizations, systems, or initiatives collaboratively assess their current capacity with respect to five dimensions of capacity (culture and climate, engagement and partnerships, financial resources, infrastructure, and knowledge and skills). This tool can help users identify potential challenges to the change process and develop a plan for needed change.
