National ECE Workforce Center's Communities of Practice (CoPs)

The National ECE Workforce Center's Communities of Practice (CoPs) will bring together teams of leaders from states, territories, tribes, localities, and programs (Center and Home-based Child Care, Head Start, Pre-K, CCDF) in peer learning communities to address specific ECE workforce issues in an interactive format.

The primary goal of the CoPs is to provide participants with timely, relevant, and actionable support to identify strengths and tangible solutions to address ECE workforce-related challenges.
